In the North-west of the country, since the beginning of 1900s the Sambirano valley produces excellent aromatic cocoa.
Our beans come from this wonderful valley and it has delicate notes of red fruits, a well balanced acidity, a great roundness and a very persistent aroma.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a cold and dry and odorless place away from any heat source, at 12-18°C
